At Xtra Official Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
